Meet the Success Team
Our Residential Success Leads are the steady support behind each home. They help ensure daily care is consistent, documentation is completed, routines are followed, and each individual is supported with dignity, respect, and personal choice.
They work closely with Direct Support Professionals, families, guardians, and the leadership team to strengthen communication, solve problems early, and keep each home moving in the right direction.
At Lasting Impressions, Residential Success Leads are more than supervisors — they are coaches, encouragers, and advocates for both the people we support and the staff who serve them.

At Lasting Impressions MO LLC, we are proud to be a Missouri Tiered Supports Agency, reflecting our commitment to providing individualized, proactive, and evidence-based supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Tiered Supports model focuses on matching the right level of support to each person's unique needs while promoting independence, skill development, and quality of life. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we continually assess what is working, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt supports as needs change.
Our team receives specialized training in positive behavior support, data-informed decision making, person-centered practices, and proactive intervention strategies. By working collaboratively with individuals, families, guardians, support coordinators, and clinical professionals, we strive to reduce barriers, prevent crises before they occur, and help each person achieve meaningful outcomes.
